• I understand visual design theory and its context and contribution to the success of video-based curriculum and courses.​

• I use the Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Encoder, Photoshop) to illustrate and explain learning content concepts and stories with digital audio & video production and animation.

 

• I collaborate with SMEs to gather requirements and create job task-focused, competency-based lesson/assessment frameworks using effective verbal communication skills, empathetic interpersonal, listening and consultative skills - combined with a strong orientation towards customer service and attention to details.

• I work with multi-disciplinary teams of SMEs, artists, writers, instructors and Instructional designers, faculty, and other video production personnel to execute simultaneous projects collaboratively with creative and innovative approaches/ideas.

• I help teams synthesize concepts and ideas into effective courses and instruction, creating and presenting thematic narrative and stories using proven creative scriptwriting, storyboarding and visual communication skills.
